Great Picture, Kevin! The first thing that came to my mind is "Poor Fish." But this political cartoon says a lot about standardized tests and the lack of consideration for diversity. How can you standardized a nation, or in this case an animal kingdom, where everyone is not offered equal rights or even equal physical and environmental similarities? The fish cannot climb the tree because he can only survive in a water environment that has no trees--I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even know what a tree was! It is just the same with humans. No two students are raised the same and thus cannot adjust to one type of standard. It is obviously unfair!
